Brooke has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014. Coupled with his love of sports and commitment to helping others, Brooke decided to leave his previous work in trades, to start a career in health and wellness.
He is passionate about working with clients to improve their health. Brooke’s areas of interest include headache management, stress reduction, management for low back pain, and active stretching to relieve tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse.
At the end of the day, he finds such fulfillment in knowing he has helped make his clients feel better. In Brooke’s spare time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, kickboxing, competing in triathlons, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
