Brooke is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, offering thoughtful, effective care for people who want to stay active, functional, and feeling their best.
He works with clients experiencing headaches, persistent low back pain, muscle tension from work or sport, and stress-related discomfort. His treatments focus on reducing pain, improving movement, and helping clients maintain consistency in their care, not just short-term relief.
With a background in trades and a lifelong involvement in sport, Brooke understands the physical demands of work, training, and everyday life. His approach is practical, grounded, and tailored to each client’s goals.
Outside the clinic, Brooke enjoys cycling, hiking, kickboxing, competing in Gran Fondos (long distance cycling), and spending time with his wife and two sons.
